About Us
Help You Make Better
Decisions With the Wealth You Built.
Clarity first. Coordination always. Advice grounded in the realities of taxes, business ownership, and family.
Mar10 Advisors was built for people whose financial lives have outgrown one-dimensional advice. For a business owner, an investment decision can also be a tax decision, a cash-flow decision, a succession decision, and a family decision.
We help clients see those connections. Our work brings investment management, proactive tax planning, retirement strategy, business-transition planning, and legacy coordination into one disciplined process.
The result is not more complexity. It is a clearer plan, better-informed decisions, and an advisor who understands how the pieces fit together.

Managing Director
Tax expertise. Business judgment. Financial advice built around the whole picture.
Randy Martin founded Mar10 Advisors to help business owners and families solve a problem he saw repeatedly: investment, tax, business, and estate decisions were often being made in isolation.
With decades of experience working through complex tax and financial matters, Randy brings a CPA’s attention to detail and an entrepreneur’s understanding of risk, opportunity, and timing. He helps clients translate technical choices into a clear strategy they can act on.
Randy earned his BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and his MBA from Thunderbird. His professional biography, registrations, designations, and outside business activities should be listed exactly as approved by Cetera compliance.
